• We request that you separate the waste as much as possible
• Fireworks are not permitted in the accommodations. Outside the accommodations only with prior permission
• The four-bedroom apartment is not suitable for youth groups under the age of 26.

Pets

Holiday home (with 1 bedroom): Your pet is welcome in the holiday home for 2 people (with 1 bedroom), but:
-It is not allowed to take your pet into the sleeping area

-Outside, put your pet on a leash and clean up the dog poop

-If you go out, do not leave your pet alone in the holiday home

Holiday apartment (with 4 bedrooms): Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment.

Cancellation policy

• If the reservation cannot go ahead for any reason, we offer the option to reschedule the booking to another date free of charge up to the 14th day before the first day of stay.
• If you cancel from the 21st to the 14th day before the first day of stay, the cancellation fee is 35% of the rental amount
• If you cancel from the 14th to the 7th day before the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the rental amount
• If you cancel from the 7th day before the first day of stay, until the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 80% of the rental amount
• In case of no show and cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the rental amount

Prices/payment terms

After booking, 35% of the rental amount will be charged. After receipt of this amount the booking is final.

The remaining amount including the deposit must be paid no later than 21 days before your stay.

The deposit for the holiday apartment is € 250.- and for the holiday home € 125.-

Guesthouse Tolkerbosch is easily accessible via the N241. Take the service road into account. If you come by public transport, the distance to the Schagen train station is only 4 km and to the nearest airport it is 63 km.
